Manuela Hartel is a performance and video artist who repeatedly crosses the boundaries between theatre and opera. Her poetic performances fill and enchant lost places and open up a magical space of experience and memory. By superimposing language, song, sound design, video sequences and repetitive performative movement sequences, a continuous imagination is created in nature, in public urban spaces and on stage.
